Sumo roasts its own coffee at a Bluebell production site and pours it at a newer Temple Bar cafe on Anglesea Street. Founded in 2020 by Daniel Horbat, the 2019 World Cup Tasters Champion; espresso and filter, actively promoting fresh single origins this September.
