Inside the restored Nan Fung cotton mill in Tsuen Wan, KoKo runs a rare 1940s German UG22 roaster -- reportedly the only one in Hong Kong -- for farm-direct beans. An outpost of the Coco Espresso family, built specifically for The Mills.
