Matteo Strano and Kevin Habib opened this table-service room in Prati in March 2024 with beans from Denmark's La Cabra, since moved to Dak Coffee Roasters. V60, Chemex, Kalita, and batch brew round out a cappuccino made with fermented Fattoria Faraoni milk.
