Cafezal roasts its own beans in Porta Vittoria, a program founded by Carlos Bitencourt in 2017 and recognized with three cups and three beans in Gambero Rosso's Bar d'Italia 2026. Espresso, filter, and cold brew, made with beans roasted upstairs.
