Café Noir has roasted its own coffee out of a Binz roastery since the mid-2000s, pouring it six ways: espresso, pour-over, batch brew, AeroPress, French press, and cold brew. The Neugasse cafe near Limmatplatz anchors Kreis 5's coffee scene.
