Bugan brought its Bergamo roastery to Navigli in July 2025, pouring direct-trade single origins from Kenya, Ethiopia, Peru, and Guatemala across espresso, V60, Chemex, AeroPress, and moka. Its 'Star Experience' tastings pair rare microlots with champion baristas.
