Auckland's Nordic-style light-roast pioneer, roasting in Kingsland since 1995 on a Loring Kestrel. The dedicated V60 bar pours expressive Ethiopian and Kenyan single origins, and the blog teaches variety and processing. Six cafes across the city carry the standard.
